Return Window

Customers may return items or request a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return or Refund

  • Purchase receipt

  • Order number

  • Full name

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Refund & Replacement Process

Refunds

Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. If the product is confirmed to be defective or faulty, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Replacements

A photo of the defective item is required. Once the issue is verified, we will send a replacement at no additional cost. Replacements are only available for defects caused by CLOSET FOOTBALL or the manufacturer.

Defective Products

If your item arrives faulty or defective, please submit a photo along with a brief description of the issue. Once we confirm that the defect is our responsibility, you may choose between a refund or a replacement.

Customized Items

Customized items (including personalized names, numbers, or patches) are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, as they are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.

Important Conditions

  • Customer-Induced Damage: Items damaged due to improper handling, misuse, or alteration by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

  • Inspection Requirement: All returned products will be inspected. If the damage is determined to be caused by the customer, the request may be denied.

  • Exclusions: Our 30-day guarantee does not apply to customized products or items modified after delivery. CLOSET FOOTBALL reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet our policy requirements.
